An Introduction into Kitchen Herbalism (in person class)

Join me at Campbells Lane Farm in Preston for an introductory class into kitchen herbalism on Saturday June 28th at 12pm

In this Introductory class we will discuss common kitchen herbs but how they go beyond our use in cooking. You will learn how these herbs can support our body, mind, and spirit. Then we will delve into how herbs can support our skin. From cuts, rashes, burns, to hydrating and restoring our skin. 

After this class, you will walk away with a deeper understanding of how you can weave herbs into your everyday life. As well as ideas and inspiration in how you can begin your journey into kitchen herbalism.

During class you will receive a print out full of information we discussed in class as well as tons of easy to follow recipes for you to experiment with at home. During class we will be making an herbal product for you to take home and enjoy. Allowing you to feel more confident in crafting your own herbal medicine. Join us for a fun and informative afternoon. Herbal tea will be provided for everyone to enjoy and we gather in community and learn about the incredible world of herbalism.
