Back in my body herbal oil

Back in my body oil is a blend of three different oils. Mugwort, St. Johns Wort and Lavender. 

The mugwort is homegrown and hand harvested. Mugwort oil penetrates the tissues deeper than any other oil. It also carries the healing constituents of the plants that it is paired with, deeper into the body. This makes mugwort a beautiful companion, bringing all the healing properties of this blend, deep into our body. Mugwort helps to bring our energy back to ourselves. When we have had a busy day with a lot of interaction, we can easily feel that our energy is everywhere. Leaving us ungrounded. This blend is perfect for calling our energy back home into our body and reconnecting yourself. 

St. Johns Wort is a nerve herb. She has an affinity for our nerves and is deeply healing for any nerve related pain. As a nervine relaxant she helps to soothe frayed nerves. This is both physically and energetically. 

Lavender is soothing and calming. A beautiful herb for helping to bring our energy down and inward. She will help us to unwind and come back into alignment with our body.

This blend was formulated for those of us who are sensitive. Intuitive, empathic and deep feelers, we often unconsciously allow our energy to move outside of us or are easily affected by the energy of others. When we massage this blend onto our body, we begin to pull our energy back within ourselves. The act of body oiling is ancient and sacred.
