Deep Dreamer

Chamomile is a gentle nervine, helping to soothe nervous tension and generalized anxiety. As a carminative, chamomile can soothe upset stomach of those who hold their emotions in their belly. 

Valerian root has relaxant and sedative actions, helping to ease psychological tension while promoting deep relaxation and a nourishing state of sleep.
