Lavender Grey Tea

Made with assam black tea, lavender buds and bergamot oil, this tea is perfect for an afternoon pick me up, or as a start to your day. Assam black tea delivers a depth of flavor without any bitterness. Add some milk and honey and you have a delightful cup of tea.

Add 1 tablespoon of loose leaf tea to a tea ball or tea strainer. Place it in your mug and pour freshly boiled water over top. Cover and let steep for 8-10min. Strain and add milk and sweetener of choice. Perfect with a piece of biscotti.
