This vitamin and mineral rich tea, is highly nutritive and delicious. This blend was created to be your daily "multivitamin," delivering bioavailable minerals and vitamins that your body can easily absorb. 

Mineral magic contains nettle, oat tops, oat straw, rosehips, orange peel and marshmallow root. All organic.

To use, steep 1 Tbsp in 12oz of freshly boiled water. Cover and steep for a minimum of 30min and up to 8hrs. 

Nettle ia a nutritive powerhouse. Full of calcium, iron, magnesium, zinc, potassium. Vitamin B's, Vit C and K. Supports kidney health and the elimination of wastes from the body. 

Rosehips are high in Vit C, supporting a healthy immune system and helps the body absorb iron (which is found in nettle). High in flavonoids which is an antioxidant, helping to regulate inflammation in the body.

Oatstraw / Oat tops are rich in B Vitamins which help to eliminate cortisol from the body. Oat tops have an affinity for the nervous system and can help to restore and rejuvenate frayed and damaged nerves.

Marshmallow root is rich in polysaccharides and starch. It is a moistening herb which helps to soothe and heal inflamed or irritated tissues of the digestive tract.
